Lean Agile for Business

This courseware is not tied to any specific framework per se (e.g. SAFe; DAD; LeSS, etc.).  It is however, designed to promote lean agility at its core in a concise manner.


In this one day course, attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to employ agile tools in day-to-day business activities.  Leveraging the underlying principles of lean thinking along with an agile approach for even the smallest company can increase productivity and lead the way to out pacing the competition. Whether at the individual, team, program or portfolio level, attendees will be able to explain and implement the practices necessary to achieve business and technical alignment with a consistent, sustainable delivery of value.
