COVID-19 POLICY & GUIDELINES

In order to minimize the transmission risk of COVID-19 during the provision of this course, Intrinsic Agility., its subsidiaries, and affiliates ("IAgility") have taken reasonable measures. By attending an in-person course, participants acknowledge the existence of inherent risks associated with COVID-19 transmission that cannot be entirely eliminated, regardless of precautious measures taken. Furthermore, participants understand that IAgility assumes no responsibility for any COVID-19-related risks and acknowledge the possibility of exposure, contraction, and/or spread of COVID-19 while attending the course.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our students during the course, the following guidelines have been established. It is the responsibility of each participant to read and comply with these guidelines, along with any updates or revisions. We kindly request all students to continue taking necessary precautions to safeguard themselves and others.

Course Attendance Guidelines:

Only registered students are permitted to attend.

Vaccinated individuals are not required to wear masks or practice physical distancing, unless mandated by the venue or applicable laws and regulations. However, we support the choice to wear masks and maintain physical distance.

Unvaccinated individuals are strongly advised to wear well-fitting masks that cover the mouth and nose completely, as well as practice physical distancing.

Compliance with client or venue requirements regarding vaccination, mask-wearing, and physical distancing is mandatory.

Compliance with federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations regarding vaccination, mask-wearing, and physical distancing is mandatory.

Keep in mind that physical distancing may lessen your participation in some group activities.

If you are sick or experiencing symptoms, please refrain from attending the course and contact [email protected] or call  914.923.2170 for further instructions.

Maintain good hand hygiene by frequently washing hands with soap and water for at least twenty (20) seconds. If soap and water are not available, use hand sanitizer containing at least sixty percent (60%) alcohol and ensure rubbing of hands until they are dry.

Clean and disinfect your supplies and frequently touched surfaces.

Follow CDC guidelines and recommendations for safe travel if you are traveling to attend the course. These guidelines may include wearing masks, practicing physical distancing, avoiding crowds, frequent hand-washing, using hand sanitizer, and taking necessary precautions during travel. After travel, continue to self-monitor for symptoms.  Please ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local recommendations or requirements, as well as those set forth by airlines, transportation, lodging, and other companies.
